Warranty

3-year standard warranty includes parts and labor.  Normal wear and tear, physical damage to plastic, touch screen, LCD, motherboard damage due to customer mishandling are excluded. The PC will need to be shipped in for repair. No rentals or replacements will be given during downtime for repair. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to HME’s designated facility.

Advanced Exchange Warranty Options

• Advance Exchange program includes replacement terminal and shipping from HME’s authorized facility for arrival next business day at customer location.  Customer is responsible for swapping terminal including potential Hard Drive/SSD swap at customer location.
• Customer is issued an RMA# and is responsible for returning downed terminal within 10 business days or will be invoiced for the cost of replacement terminal and shipping.
• Best practice for Advanced Exchange:  upon receipt of the replacement terminal, customer performs terminal swap and puts downed terminal into the replacement terminal carton and then ships downed unit back to HME’s facility immediately.
